We can discover many things about ourselves by what is in our dreams. There are many symbols that we can use to recognize what is going on in our subconscious. There are many people who claim to know how to read dreams. But in fact they are only scam artists.
In this blog, I will write down many universal symbols and what they mean. They may not be in alphabetical order, but I will try to stick to one letter a month. For instance, this month I will start with words that start with the letter A. I hope you find my advice useful. As with most psychology, nothing is definite. There are only theories.
I encourage you to create a dream journal. I will also give some examples of dreams that I have had and how I interpret them. Once you actually start thinking about your dreams. It is very easy to understand why you have them.
